2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed via written agreement or invoice. Payments are processed through Stripe. This website does not directly collect payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe. Clients are responsible for compliance with all alcohol laws.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for damages caused by guests, venue conditions, or alcohol misuse. We maintain commercial liability insurance in accordance with Texas law.
